About the artist
Chris Leung's enthusiasm drives him to pursue his long forgotten dream and to be a painter. Over the years, he never gives up his keen interest in art history and visual arts which makes him develop a solid aesthetic eye. In 2014, he quit his job as the Brand and Creative Director of a lifestyle products company, and began his adventurous journey in art painting as a full-time artist.
He commented, “My works are my self-portraits no matter the topics relate to objects, people, animals, plants or the nature. The creation is constituted by the important elements of observation, art history, self-reflection, memory & imagination and exploring myself through alter ego."
