Life is a continuous generation of experience and memory. The shared pool of information by a group of people becomes collective memory over time. Such pool of information is just like cells or particles. They grow and varnish. Chris Leung thinks that the composing and decomposition of his collective memories represent the life cycle of different objects he painted. When the audiences see the painting, they may probably recall their own collective memories.
